Executive Director, DRBA
Serving as the fourth Executive Director in the Delaware River and Bay Authority’s history, Scott A. Green, Esq. is the bi-state agency’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the management and operations of the Delaware Memorial Bridge, the Cape May - Lewes Ferry, the Three-Forts Ferry, five regional airports as well as economic development initiatives permitted by the Compact.
Prior to taking this position, Mr. Green was a retired Senior Executive Vice President with MBNA/Bank of America, where his responsibilities included real estate and legal matters, local government relations, and sales. Mr. Green has been a partner in several law firms, including Saul, Ewing, and he has also served in the following capacities: Counsel to the Delaware House of Representatives and County Attorney for New Castle County, Delaware. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in international relations, Mr. Green also earned a juris doctor from the Washington College of Law of American University in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Green serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Delaware Technical Community College and is a member of the Delaware Judicial Nominating Committee.
A former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Delaware, Mr. Green also served as a Commissioner of DRBA from 2009 to 2012 and was Vice-Chairman from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Green is a resident of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
